For the sold products from the date of delivery, TAK company provide 3 years warranty, some devices can be up to 5 years warranty. 

When device has probelm, we will provide timely and effective support. If customers can maintain devices by themselves in simple way, TAK company will teach them in remote control way, including send them replacement accessories,for example, sending fiber optical module for PCM voice fiber multiplexer or PDH optical fiber multiplexer etc. If customers can’t maintain devices by themselves,or the maintenance is not easy, customer can send back the faulty units to us for maintenance,and will provide detailed report to customers while finished. In any emergency case, TAK company will send new replacement devices to cusotmer by express or by air firstly,then customer send back the faulty one for maintenance. 

For the equipment in the warranty period,TAK company will cover all the cost including air freight and material cost for the faulty equipment in normal using; For improper using equipment, we only charge the cost of the material,don’t charge labor fee. 

For the damaged equipment which is beyond the warranty , we only charge the cost of the cost of material,don’t charge labor fee.

Further more, for large quantity product orders, we also will attach a percentage of accessories which may be has probelm relatively,such as fiber optical module for the PCM voice fiber multiplexer, and PDH optical fiber multiplexer, voice module for PCM voice fiber multiplexer etc. To make sure they can replace it by themselves in any of the emergency.
